Information We Collect

We collect information needed to provide and protect FunSigns, including:

• Account information: email address, display name, login method, email verification status, and related account settings.
• Uploads: images, videos, audio, prompts, scripts, captions, and other files you provide.
• Generated content and job history: outputs, previews, generation settings, timestamps, job status, credit usage, and related activity.
• Payments and subscriptions: purchase, subscription, invoice, credit, and transaction details processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser data, session data, security logs, rate-limit logs, error logs, and usage events.
• Cookies and local storage: sign-in state, preferences, security controls, and basic service functionality.
• Public gallery information: content, profile details, captions, tags, and metadata you choose to share publicly.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Generate, store, display, and deliver your requested outputs.
• Manage accounts, email verification, subscriptions, credits, support, and customer communications.
• Protect FunSigns from abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, scraping, excessive automation, spam, and security threats.
• Operate public gallery, showcase, and community features for content you choose to share.
• Debug, improve, maintain, and measure the service.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and respond to rights or safety concerns.

Third-Party Providers

We use service providers to run FunSigns. These may include hosting and storage providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, transcription tools, AI processing and moderation providers, security and logging tools, and support tools.

Examples include Stripe, cloud hosting services, email providers, AI infrastructure providers, transcription services, and security or logging tools. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to FunSigns.

Generated Content and Public Sharing

Your uploads and generated content are private by default unless you choose to publish or share them.

If you share content to a public gallery, showcase, or community area, that content may be visible to other users and visitors. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, keep business records, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, meet legal obligations, and protect FunSigns and users.

User uploads, generated media, and generation history are retained for up to 90 days after creation, unless we need to keep a record longer for legal, security, abuse-prevention, dispute, payment, or operational reasons.

Accounts that have been inactive for 1 year after the last login may be expired. Before an administrator proceeds with account and media deletion for inactivity, FunSigns records a 14-day notice window so the user can sign in or contact us.

Payment records and account administration records may have different retention periods. You can request deletion by contacting hello@funsigns.ai.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or complain to a privacy authority.

To make a request, contact hello@funsigns.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and users should use strong passwords and protect their account access.

Children and Minors

FunSigns is not intended for children under 13 or for users who cannot legally consent to use the service. Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian.

FunSigns does not allow sexual, exploitative, or endangering content involving minors or anyone who appears under 18.

Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage for sign-in, account security, preferences, service functionality, analytics, and abuse prevention. Browser settings may let you block or clear some storage, but parts of FunSigns may not work properly without it.
