Who We Are

FunSigns is operated by MapleLogic Inc., Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. You can contact us at hello@funsigns.ai.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FunSigns. If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.

Your Content and Permissions

You keep ownership of the images, videos, prompts, scripts, names, likenesses, voice, characters, trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other content you upload or provide to FunSigns.

You are responsible for making sure you have all rights, licences, permissions, and consents needed to upload, generate, publish, or share that content. This includes rights for any person, brand, character, music, artwork, video, logo, trademark, or copyrighted material that appears in your content.

You grant FunSigns a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, generate, support, moderate, secure, and maintain the platform and your requested outputs. This licence is only for operating, protecting, improving, and supporting FunSigns.

AI-Generated Outputs

FunSigns uses AI systems to generate animated outputs. Results may vary from prompt to prompt and job to job.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before downloading, publishing, or sharing them. FunSigns does not guarantee a specific quality level, commercial result, platform acceptance, accessibility result, likeness accuracy, or creative outcome.

Content Rules

You may not create, upload, request, publish, or share content that violates our Content Rules, the rights of others, or applicable law.

Prohibited uses include illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, exploitative, harmful, hateful, harassing, abusive, sexually exploitative, rights-infringing, or unsafe content, including any sexual or exploitative content involving minors or anyone who appears under 18.

Public Gallery and Community Sharing

Your uploads and generated content are private unless you choose to publish or share them.

If you share content publicly in FunSigns gallery, showcase, or community areas, you grant FunSigns permission to display, reproduce, distribute, and make that shared content available within those public or promotional areas of FunSigns.

You can request removal by contacting us. FunSigns may review, hide, remove, or refuse content that may violate these terms, our Content Rules, third-party rights, safety expectations, or the law.

Credits, Subscriptions, Refunds, and Cancellations

Credits and subscriptions pay for AI processing costs. Submitted generation jobs may begin immediately and may consume third-party resources.

Refunds, credit returns, cancellations, trial credits, promotional credits, and charge questions are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Account Suspension and Moderation

FunSigns may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, revoke credits, refuse generation requests, or remove content for misuse, legal risk, third-party rights concerns, safety concerns, excessive automation, scraping, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or violations of these terms or our Content Rules.

User uploads, generated media, and generation history are retained for up to 90 days after creation. Accounts that have been inactive for 1 year after the last login may be expired, and an administrator may send or record a 14-day notice before proceeding with account and media deletion.

Service Availability

We work to keep FunSigns available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific processing times, or permanent availability of any feature. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service where needed.

Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe content on FunSigns uses your work or rights without permission, contact hello@funsigns.ai with enough detail for us to review the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MapleLogic Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of FunSigns. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid FunSigns in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version applies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ottawa, Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
